I am not receiving an email notification when a study is uploaded
If you would like to receive an email notification when a study is successfully uploaded, you can turn this on in your personal notifications settings.
Once you are logged into the platform, select your name in the top right hand corner of the page and select the 'Notifications' tab.
Find the 'On Upload' column and select the appropriate box associated with Site/Group/Location/Organization you would like to receive upload notifications for.
If you have verified that the 'On Upload' setting is turned on but you still are not receiving the upload notifications, please check that the emails are not in your spam/junk folder.
