Adding Users to a Clinical Trial Account

To add a user, click on the Administration tab at the top of the page. You will be brought directly to the Users page.

To add a new user who has not already registered with Ambra, click on the “New User” button at the top right corner of the page. Fill out the required fields: First Name, Last Name, Password, and Organization Role.

To add a user to a specific site, select their site from the “Groups” dropdown and specify their role at the group level. Click “Save” at the bottom of the page. The user will then be able to log in with the email address and password that you set for them. 

To add a user to a trial who is already registered with Ambra, click on the “Invite User” button at the top right corner of the page. Enter their email address and Organization Role. To invite them to a specific site, select their site from the “Groups” dropdown and specify their role at the group level. Once this information is filled out, click on “Invite.” 

The user will then be sent an email notification that they have been invited to a trial. They must open the invitation and click on the link provided. They will be prompted to login. Once the user logs in, they will have access to the trial under their account.
